The passion, death and resurrection of our Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ
The next three weeks will take us on a journey through the passion, death and resurrection of our Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ. It can either happen in the background as we busy ourselves with the affairs of the day and the excitement of a Bank Holiday weekend as April begins or, we take time to share in the journey. We need to be careful that we do give our attention to the incredible love God shows us over these next few weeks and not become detached from God’s heart. We will have experienced neglect from others in our lives, why would we show neglect to the One who gives our lives meaning and hope? So, let us all be conscious of the significance of these days ahead, give our attention to God our Saviour and through God’s mercy and love for us, deepen even more our love for the people who are part of our lives. Glorify the Lord. Amen.
